Job Summary

As a Quality Management Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the excellence of high-quality milling products and cereals within an expanding family-owned company. Your daily responsibilities will involve conducting incoming and outgoing goods inspections, monitoring production processes, and managing comprehensive documentation. You will be responsible for organizing sample management for customers and laboratories, handling returns and complaints, and developing corrective measures. Additionally, you will support the maintenance of quality systems such as IFS and QS, while preparing for and conducting internal and external audits.
