As a Tax and Audit Assistant specializing in M&A and Business Valuation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting high-stakes corporate transactions from both tax and business perspectives. Your daily responsibilities will include participating in financial and tax due diligence projects, performing business valuations, and preparing annual financial statements and tax returns for a diverse portfolio of national and international clients. You will act as a direct point of contact for clients, providing business advisory services within interdisciplinary teams. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Economics or Business Administration with a focus on Taxation, Accounting, or Auditing.

Experience

  • Experience in preparing financial statements and tax declarations
  • Experience working with national and international client mandates
  • Practical experience using DATEV and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis
