Job Summary
As an Information Security Expert at HÄVG, you will play a pivotal role in securing the digital infrastructure of primary healthcare services in Germany. Your daily responsibilities involve the implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022. You will manage information security risks, coordinate with Enterprise Risk Management, and align closely with Data Protection Officers and Business Continuity Managers. The role includes planning internal and external audits, conducting security awareness training, and providing technical security guidance for both on-premise and cloud-based projects. Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable vocational qualification. Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Foundation are considered an advantage.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of information security
- Practical experience in the application of ISO 27001 standards
- Professional experience in assessing technical risks and process-oriented relationships
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL) is preferred

- The position is based in Cologne. Candidates must have business-fluent German (minimum C1 level). Certification in ISO 27001 or similar is preferred but not mandatory.
