Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT systems engineering or administration
- Professional experience with Microsoft 365 user and permission management
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level user support
- Practical experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian) and web servers
- Experience in data center operations and network administration
