Job Summary
As a (Senior) IT Application Support Specialist at ]init[, you will play a critical role in ensuring the excellence and stability of digital IT services for public sector clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level support within an interdisciplinary team, where you will independently analyze support tickets ranging from simple inquiries to complex error diagnostics in large-scale system landscapes. You will be instrumental in maintaining knowledge bases, optimizing service workflows, and coordinating technical requirements with lead developers and project managers. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT application support and service operations
- 5 years of relevant professional experience required if applying with vocational training instead of a degree
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support within complex IT system landscapes
- Proven experience using Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Miro
- Experience in coordinating technical requirements with stakeholders and lead developers
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical knowledge articles
