Job Summary
As a Contract Management Specialist at VIVISOL, you will play a pivotal role in the Home Care Services sector by managing and optimizing contracts with statutory health insurance (GKV) providers. Based in either Arnstadt or Neufahrn bei Freising, your daily responsibilities will include analyzing and revising contracts, performing price and margin calculations for cost-carrier offers, and leading contract negotiations. You will act as a vital interface between various departments, ensuring the implementation of new contract-related processes and reporting directly to department leadership. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in social insurance or healthcare management who possess strong commercial thinking and the ability to maintain clarity under tight deadlines. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Social Insurance Specialist, Healthcare Management Specialist, Health and Nursing Professional, or a Health Care Business Administrator (Fachwirt im Gesundheitswesen).
Experience
- Professional experience in the healthcare sector, specifically within the medical aids or Home Care sector (SGB V)
- Experience in contract law is highly desirable
- Proven experience in sales processes and organizational structures
- Experience working independently and managing projects under tight deadlines
- Experience in interdisciplinary project support and interface management
