Job Summary

This role is centered on IT solution design and project management within the Information Technology division of the Institute for Federal Real Estate (BImA). Based in Bonn or Potsdam, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination, steering, and monitoring of complex IT projects. Day-to-day activities include planning personnel deployment, managing IT security concepts, and overseeing budgets and timelines. You will act as a critical bridge between stakeholders, defining functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring high-quality results. The role involves significant work in IT requirement management and change management, where you will analyze dependencies and develop pragmatic solutions for the organization's 'digital nervous system.' This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract status under the TVöD Bund collective agreement, offering a competitive salary at grade E 12, plus a potential specialist allowance of up to 1,500 Euro per month depending on the applicant's profile.
