IT Product Manager and Developer | Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves the management, support, and continuous development of standard IT applications for the Federal Agency for Real Estate (BImA) in Bonn or Potsdam. As an IT Product Manager and Developer, you will focus on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, specifically overseeing the planning, steering, and deployment of knowledge management applications and their interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing root cause analysis for 2nd and 3rd level IT incidents, managing external service providers, and handling change requests within the IT change management framework. You will also be responsible for release management and coordinating with internal customers and IT operations to ensure smooth digital processes. This position is unique as it offers the stability of the German public service (TVöD) with a potential specialist allowance of up to 1,500 Euro per month, while working on a diverse real estate portfolio that supports federal government objectives.
