Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist for the Marbach am Neckar city administration, you will play a critical role in maintaining the digital infrastructure for approximately 200 users and devices across multiple locations. Your daily responsibilities will include providing user help desk (UHD) support, installing hardware and software, and managing mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. You will be responsible for the administration of central IT systems, including Active Directory, email mailboxes, and antivirus updates, while also handling the procurement of new IT equipment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker), PC and Network Specialist, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or systems administration
- Experience in managing client/server specialized applications
- Proven experience with Microsoft software and hardware components
- Experience in central IT administration including Active Directory and update management
