Job Summary
As the Technical Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic management and continuous development of the technical department within a thermal spa and bathing facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring the reliable operation of all technical systems, specifically focusing on water treatment, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and electrical engineering. You will be tasked with organizing, planning, and documenting all maintenance and repair activities while managing external service providers and overseeing inspections. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys technical optimization and modernization projects. The position offers a high level of responsibility in a professional environment, complemented by a structured onboarding process and attractive compensation. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, or Mechatronics) with an additional qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker).
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience in building technology, facility management, or pool/spa technology
- Professional experience in water treatment and HVAC systems
- Experience in organizing and documenting maintenance and repair work
- Experience in supervising external contractors and technical inspections
