Field Service Representative - Defense | Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) - Defence

Job Summary

This role involves acting as a critical technical liaison for a major international defense contractor, primarily based in Bremen but requiring extensive global travel. You will be responsible for the sustainable maintenance of relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers, particularly during order processing and interface coordination. Day-to-day tasks include performing software integrations, conducting functional tests and acceptance procedures at conversion sites, and documenting service performance through error logs. You will also manage subcontractors, oversee cost and quality compliance, and support customer training sessions. The position is highly attractive due to its long-term perspective with a high probability of permanent takeover, attractive compensation based on IG Metall collective agreements (Equal Pay from day one), and paid travel time.
