Job Summary
This role places you as the central point of contact for IT infrastructure within the R&D and production environments at Bucher Hydraulics. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems, including patching and monitoring, to support the development and efficient manufacture of high-pressure hydraulic products. A key part of your mission involves scaling innovative ideas from production and rolling them out across multiple international locations to drive efficiency. You will work collaboratively within a team to optimize technical processes and manage the lifecycle of specialized systems. The position offers a high degree of stability in a specialized industry, featuring flexible working hours, mobile work options, and a focus on continuous professional development through e-learning and cross-site training programs.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable vocational qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, ideally within a production-related environment
- Proven experience in project management and implementation, specifically focused on R&D and production sectors
- Experience in the maintenance and optimization of CAx systems

Additional
- The role allows for mobile work up to 2 days per week. Requires the ability to work at the Klettgau location and support international site rollouts.
