As a PhD researcher, you will join the 'Cardio-Oncology Campus for Precision Medicine' to focus on biomarker profiles for assessing cardiovascular risks in cancer patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing proteomic analyses on blood, plasma, and tissue samples, developing bioanalytical assays for protein-based screening, and validating biomarker panels. You will be responsible for data visualization, documentation, and presenting results to interdisciplinary project partners.
