As a Complaint Manager in Lennestadt, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer complaints, specifically supporting the assembly area for socket combinations. Your daily responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring all measures related to incoming complaints, while continuously tracking progress and optimizing internal processes. You will play a key role in quality assurance by systematically evaluating relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating detailed complaint reports. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training followed by further qualification as a State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or alternatively as an Industrial Master (Industriemeister) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the field of quality management, specifically focused on complaint processing.
  • Practical experience in control cabinet construction and electronics manufacturing.
  • Experience in project-based assembly or manufacturing environments.

Additional

  • Willingness to travel approximately 1-2 times per quarter is required. The position is based in Lennestadt and involves working within the GVP collective agreement framework.
