Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Clerk, or Digitalization Management Assistant.

Experience

  • Professional experience in second-level IT support and client operations
  • Proven experience in analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions and service requests
  • Practical experience with automated software distribution tools, specifically Matrix42 (Empirum)
  • Experience working with professional ticketing systems and providing remote assistance
  • Demonstrated experience in hardware maintenance and network technology environments
