Job Summary
This role acts as a central interface between regional locations, public funding bodies, and schools within a rapidly growing social enterprise. You will be responsible for negotiating remuneration with youth and social welfare offices, calculating economically viable payment models, and ensuring compliance with social security legislation (SGB VIII and IX). A key part of your daily work involves developing and evaluating 'pooling models' and supporting the strategic expansion of the service portfolio. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Social Management, Public Management, or equivalent; or vocational qualification as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt) or Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellter).
Experience
- Professional experience in the social services sector, specifically in integration assistance or youth welfare
- Experience in sales or business development with a focus on the public sector
