Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer at Vetter, a leading global pharmaceutical service provider, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational reliability of sterile filling and packaging systems. Your daily responsibilities will involve analyzing and resolving complex malfunctions in PLC, SCADA, and PC systems within a highly regulated GMP environment. You will proactively develop process optimizations, implement technical changes (CAPAs), and provide expert technical guidance for new production line projects. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with production and quality assurance teams while coordinating external service providers for maintenance and optimization. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Automation Technology, or a Master/Technician qualification in Automation Technology (or equivalent).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience working with complex PLC, servo, SCADA, image processing, and robot systems
- Professional experience in analyzing and eliminating complex technical malfunctions in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
- Experience in implementing technical changes and CAPAs within a GMP framework
- Experience in coordinating external service providers and managing technical projects

- The role requires the ability to work independently and result-oriented within a team-based environment. Must be capable of ensuring operational safety through regular system checks and preventive maintenance.
