Job Summary
This role involves coordinating IT operations for the Schleswig-Holstein Higher Regional Court, ensuring the stability and development of IT infrastructure across various court locations. You will be responsible for monitoring technical operations, managing Active Directory and Group Policies, and providing 2nd level support. A key part of the position includes coaching decentralized IT staff and contributing to release management and software distribution. The role is highly collaborative, working within a team of nine to support the digital transformation of the justice system. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in Computer Science or a comparable field; alternatively, qualified IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) with relevant vocational training and professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT infrastructure maintenance or complex IT applications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT field if applying with a vocational training background
- Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Windows Client Management
- Experience in monitoring technical operations and troubleshooting in cooperation with external providers
- Experience in project participation and technical documentation

- Willingness to travel for business trips is required. Proof of German language proficiency at C1 level (CEFR) is mandatory.
