Job Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer IIoT, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex industrial measurement technology and modern digital solutions. Your daily responsibilities include providing high-level technical support for IIoT products, analyzing customer requirements to design robust architecture and interface concepts, and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues. You will be instrumental in onboarding activities and will conduct technical training sessions to ensure optimal solution utilization. Beyond technical tasks, you will collaborate closely with R&D and Product Management to drive product improvements and represent the company at trade fairs and customer sites alongside the sales team. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a qualification as a Technician with several years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IIoT architectures and network analysis
- Experience in diagnosing connectivity and application server errors
- Proven track record in technical customer support or solution design
- Several years of professional experience required if applying with a Technician qualification
- Experience in cross-site coordination and conducting technical training

- Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade fairs is required. The role is based in Klingenberg/Main with mobile working options.
