Job Summary
As a Maintenance Assistant at Motel One, you will serve as a technical multi-talent ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes of a modern design hotel. Your daily responsibilities include conducting property walkthroughs to identify defects, performing essential repair and renovation tasks, and executing painting work. You will monitor the functionality of technical equipment, including elevators and building systems, while maintaining the cleanliness of outdoor areas. A key part of the role involves coordinating with external service providers and supervising maintenance contracts. Required Skills
