Job Summary

As an IT Service Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for the leadership and organization of the IT service team, ensuring high service quality through the monitoring of SLAs and KPIs. Your day-to-day activities involve the continuous optimization of IT service processes based on ITIL frameworks and managing the escalation of complex incidents within 2nd and 3rd-level support environments. You will also play a critical role in management reporting by preparing meaningful performance data. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. ITIL certification is considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in IT service or support management, preferably within a technical environment
  • Proven experience in leading and organizing IT service teams
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Experience in handling and escalating complex technical incidents
  • Experience in creating service performance reports for management
