Job Summary

As a Deputy Master Electrician for Commissioning, you will play a pivotal role in the technical management and coordination of daily electrical operations within a shipyard environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading assigned staff, coordinating technical changes in the production process, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as a key interface between partner companies, shipyard departments, and customers, while also conducting acceptance tests with shipping companies and classification societies. This position is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys optimizing work processes and mentoring apprentices. The role is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, flexible working hours via a flextime system, and the opportunity to work on innovative maritime projects within the expansive FERCHAU network.
