Job Summary

As an E/E Development Engineer working on-site at BMW through FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and specification of electrical/electronic architectures, control units, and vehicle components. Your daily activities will involve analyzing technical requirements, designing and simulating electronic systems, and ensuring seamless integration within the vehicle. You will play a critical role in system validation by conducting tests to guarantee reliability and functionality while identifying and documenting any defects. A key aspect of this position is ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ASPICE. This role is highly collaborative, requiring constant communication with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and interdisciplinary teams.
