Job Summary
As a Mandatory HR Intern at the Municipal Hospital of Braunschweig, you will gain hands-on experience within one of Germany's largest medical facilities. You will rotate through or focus on various HR functions including HR Business Partnering, Recruiting, HR Service Center, Personnel Controlling, and Labor Law. Your daily tasks will involve active participation in the recruitment process—from drafting job advertisements to managing applicant communications—as well as coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding processes for new employees.
