As a Master Electrician and Project Lead for Alarm-Helden in Berlin, you will spearhead high-standard electrical installations and security technology projects. Your day-to-day involves the comprehensive planning and execution of electrical systems for both commercial and private clients. You will serve as the primary technical expert, overseeing quality assurance and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. A core component of this role is leadership; you will be responsible for mentoring, training, and managing a team of skilled technicians and apprentices. Beyond technical execution, you will manage project documentation and conduct formal handovers to clients. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Elektromeister) or equivalent qualification; requires at least 3 certificates of expertise in Electric Welding, Electrical Installations, and/or Electrical Testing and Inspection.
Experience
- Professional experience in employee leadership and personnel management
- Proven track record in project management and coordination of electrical installations
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering standards and current regulations
- Practical experience in conducting project handovers and technical inspections
