Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support, acting as a crucial point of contact for users through phone, remote assistance, and on-site visits. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting software and operating systems, identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, and managing IT support tasks based on incidents, service requests, IMACs (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and Break & Fix tickets. A key aspect of the role is technical escalation management, supported by central coordination. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in Windows client operating systems and hardware, coupled with excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
