Job Summary
This role involves the assembly, maintenance, and repair of electronic components within a technology company specializing in safety-critical energy systems. Day-to-day, you will independently set up and operate selective soldering machines, perform manual soldering of THT and SMD components, and conduct repairs on printed circuit boards (PCBs). You will also be responsible for commissioning components, assembling modules according to technical drawings, and documenting all maintenance and production steps. This position is ideal for quality-conscious technicians who enjoy hands-on electronics manufacturing. The role offers a long-term perspective with permanent contract options, performance-based pay above standard tariff rates, and the opportunity to work with high-end technology in industries like aviation and medical technology.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems or a comparable professional qualification (preferred but not strictly mandatory).
Experience
- Professional experience in selective soldering of THT and ideally SMD components
- Experience in the maintenance and servicing of production equipment
- Experience in manual soldering and repair of electronic assemblies
- Experience working with technical drawings and component lists
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to work in shifts; IPC 610A and IPC 7711/21 certifications are considered an advantage; high quality awareness and reliability required.
