As a Production Group Leader, you will take on disciplinary leadership and operational responsibility for various filling and packaging lines within a chemical production environment. Your daily routine involves monitoring production flows, ensuring the timely availability of personnel and materials, and maintaining strict quality standards for finished products. You will act as a bridge between management and the shop floor, coordinating shift handovers and stepping in as a 'floater' to maintain optimal production flow. A key part of the role is troubleshooting minor technical issues and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a production environment (e.g., Chemical Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or Machine and Plant Operator) or equivalent multi-year professional experience in chemical production.
Experience
- Professional experience in a chemical production environment
- Extensive experience in plant-related operations, preferably in chemical filling systems
- Initial experience in team coordination or leadership roles
- Experience working within a multi-shift system (Early/Late/Night)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to work a 3-shift rotation (Early/Late/Night) and weekends as required. Must be willing to undergo intensive internal technical and leadership training.
