Job Summary

As a Service Manager for Production Services, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a service area focused on maintenance, repairs, servicing, and technical cleaning of production facilities. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating and organizing orders, preparing quotes with calculations, and optimizing processes. You will also manage existing customer relationships, support new client acquisition, and lead a team, including personnel planning and development, while ensuring adherence to occupational safety principles. This role requires a strong technical or commercial background, proven leadership skills in a technical-commercial environment, and a customer-centric approach.
