You will be responsible for designing and implementing prompt flows and AI agents to automate the analysis, extraction, and summarization of complex claims information. A significant part of the role is acting as an 'AI Ambassador,' bridging the gap between technical IT solutions and operational claims teams to ensure user-centric implementation. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in process management and operational process design
- Practical experience in prompt engineering and the application of generative AI for automation and decision-making
- Experience in implementing AI solutions within real business processes, ideally in an industrial insurance or claims environment
- Experience collaborating with IT departments to embed solutions into existing technology landscapes
