Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to join a leading physician-led laboratory medicine company in Bavaria. Day-to-day, you will perform clinical-chemical determinations of enzymes and substrates, conduct chemiluminescence immunoassays for cardiac markers and hormones, and handle serum electrophoresis. You will also be responsible for coagulation testing, including global tests and thrombophilia diagnostics. Beyond technical execution, you will independently release patient results, manage internal and external quality assurance, and perform routine maintenance on state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MTL/MTLA/MTV), Biological Assistant (BTA), Chemical Assistant (CTA), or a Bachelor's degree in Biology.
Experience
- Professional experience in a medical laboratory is preferred but not required
- Experience in technical laboratory procedures and result validation
- Entry-level candidates with relevant vocational training are encouraged to apply
- Experience with laboratory information systems is an advantage

- Must be willing to work a rotating shift schedule (early, day, and late shifts) between 07:00 and 22:00. Includes work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
