Job Summary
As a Junior Product Owner for Audio Devices, you will join the Voice Solutions division of topsystem GmbH (part of EPG) to shape the future of smart logistics. Your daily responsibilities involve managing the technical and administrative lifecycles of LYDIA Voice audio products, including headsets and related hardware. You will act as a key technical contact, monitoring trends in Bluetooth, bone conduction, and audio processing while ensuring regulatory compliance. Working closely with the development team, you will translate customer needs into actionable user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and coordinate between development and production phases. This role is unique for its blend of hardware and software coordination, offering the chance to work with international suppliers and customers while conducting product training. It is an ideal entry-level position for a technically-minded professional looking to apply agile methodologies to innovative physical products in a stable, permanent role.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial practical experience in product management or project environments (e.g., through internships or working student roles)
- Experience or interest in collaborating with international partners and suppliers
- Experience in translating customer requirements into technical specifications
- Familiarity with agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban
