Job Summary

As a Test Engineer for Redox Flow Batteries and Electrochemistry, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of an electrochemical laboratory. Your day-to-day activities involve conditioning and characterizing redox-active electrolytes, specifically vanadium-based and organic systems. You will be responsible for setting up, commissioning, and maintaining laboratory-scale redox flow battery cells and their associated test rigs. A core part of the role includes planning and executing electrochemical tests such as cycling, polarization measurements, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). You will ensure high reproducibility through structured data management and standardized protocols while supporting the analysis of battery performance and degradation mechanisms.
