As the Laboratory Manager at the SRH Kurpfalzkrankenhaus Heidelberg, you will lead a dedicated eight-person team specializing in advanced hemostasis diagnostics and routine analysis. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve both technical and disciplinary leadership, including staff scheduling, workload distribution, and ensuring strict compliance with RiliBÄK guidelines. You will play a pivotal role in process management by optimizing laboratory information systems (LIS) and POCT processes, while also overseeing quality management through audit preparation and proficiency testing.
