As the Administrative Manager for the Club Tegel inpatient care facility, you will oversee a broad spectrum of non-clinical operations for a high-quality residence housing 180 seniors. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the administration, facility management, housekeeping, and catering departments. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the unique 'domino-coaching' philosophy, which focuses on rehabilitative care and resident independence. The ideal candidate brings a business background and leadership experience, specifically within the healthcare or nursing sector. This position is particularly attractive because it offers a permanent contract in a values-oriented environment that prides itself on innovative care models, where approximately 10% of residents successfully return to independent living annually. You will work autonomously while collaborating with an engaged multidisciplinary team in a scenic location near Lake Tegel.
Required Skills
Education
Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration (Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung) or a related field.
Experience
- Professional leadership experience, ideally within an inpatient nursing or care facility environment
