Job Summary
This role involves driving the digital transformation of the Public Health Department in Bautzen. You will be responsible for optimizing administrative processes, managing the implementation of new IT systems (such as Document Management Systems), and coordinating interfaces between various departments. Your daily tasks include operative IT project planning, resource management, and cost analysis, alongside creating training concepts and project documentation. A significant portion of the role focuses on statistical analysis and reporting for senior authorities and press inquiries. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Diploma in Business Informatics, Digital Administration, Public Management, Business Administration (with IT modules), or General Administration.
Experience
- At least 6 months of professional experience in a Public Health Department (Gesundheitsamt)
- Professional experience in IT project planning and implementation
- Experience in administrative process optimization and interface management
- Experience in statistical data processing and reporting
- Experience in creating training concepts and project documentation
