Job Summary
This role at the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL) in Berlin involves the design, operation, and continuous development of central IT infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
University degree with an IT focus OR a completed vocational training in IT with several years of relevant professional experience. Foreign degrees must have proof of German equivalence (ZAB).
Experience
- Professional experience in the operation, administration, and conceptual development of IT infrastructures
- Technical expertise in data center or network environments
- Several years of relevant professional experience if applying with a vocational qualification instead of a degree
- Experience with BSI-certified security products and firewall systems is preferred
