Job Summary
As a Quality Manager for Functional Safety, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining critical safety processes within an internationally recognized automation technology firm. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve implementing Functional Safety Management (FSM) systems in accordance with IEC 61508 and managing the lifecycle of safety-related products. You will be instrumental in integrating various standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IEC 62443, while coordinating audits and certifications with notified bodies. This role requires a high degree of technical affinity to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, specifically regarding ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
- Proven experience in the Safety Lifecycle and IEC 61508 implementation
- Experience in conducting internal audits and management reviews
- Professional experience in coordinating with certification bodies and notified bodies
- Demonstrated experience in creating technical process documentation and work instructions

- Must possess analytical and conceptual skills for complex technical contexts. Requires ability to present technical content to specific target groups. Role is based in a full-time, permanent capacity.
