Job Summary

As a Sales Engineer for the Upper Franconia region, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term, partnership-based relationships with industrial clients. Working out of the Nuremberg branch, you will collaborate closely with customers and internal application and support teams to develop innovative automation solutions. Your daily tasks involve analyzing complex technical requirements and guiding technologically demanding projects through the entire sales process. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys the intersection of high-end engineering and client interaction. The position offers a high degree of creative freedom within a globally successful, family-owned high-tech company known for its flat hierarchies and innovative spirit. You will be dealing with a broad product spectrum including industrial PCs, I/O components, drive technology, and automation software.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a comparable field; alternatively, a qualification as a State-Certified Technician.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of automation technology or mechanical and plant engineering
  • Extensive sales experience in dealing with industrial customers
  • Proven experience in analyzing complex technical requirements and developing customized solutions
  • Experience in managing technically demanding projects throughout the sales cycle
