This role involves leading and coordinating an assembly team in the high-tech semiconductor industry in Dresden. Day-to-day, you will organize and monitor on-site workflows, specifically focusing on the assembly, routing, and installation of wafer transport systems. You will ensure smooth project execution while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The position requires a hands-on approach, providing technical support and troubleshooting while coordinating with project management and other trades. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification).
Experience
- Professional experience in assembly or industrial plant construction
- Previous leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working within technical or mechanical environments
- Proven track record of independent and structured work methods

- Must be fit for cleanroom environments; must be comfortable working at heights up to 6 meters; willingness to work a 2-shift system (Monday to Friday); permanent work authorization for Germany required.
