Job Summary
As a Senior Manager for Governmental Projects & Solutions, you will lead complex, technologically demanding system projects for government agencies and security-related organizations from inception to final delivery. Your daily responsibilities include creating detailed system proposals based on public tenders, consulting with clients on technical requirements, and designing bespoke solutions in collaboration with internal specialist departments. You will play a pivotal role in negotiating with suppliers, conducting technical feasibility studies, and monitoring project milestones, costs, and contractual compliance. This role is highly dynamic, requiring you to represent the company at international trade fairs and manage projects on both a national and international scale. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training or a university degree in a technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in managing complex technical system projects from proposal to implementation
- Experience in the design and operation of RF (HF) networks is preferred
- Experience working with government agencies and relevant public sector standards is desirable
- Proven track record in technical solution design and commercial decision-making
- Experience in supplier negotiation and international project coordination
