Job Summary
This role involves managing the full project lifecycle for energy consulting across residential, commercial, and municipal sectors. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive energy concepts, performing calculations according to the Building Energy Act (GEG), and managing funding applications for programs like KfW and BAFA. Day-to-day tasks include conducting energy audits, creating energy certificates, and performing building physics investigations such as thermal bridge calculations. You will also provide construction supervision and quality assurance to ensure high ecological standards. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering, Environmental Technology, Energy Technology, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, completed training in Building Energy Technology, Sustainable Energy Systems, or as a State-Certified Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in analyzing and advising on holistic energy concepts
- Experience in energetic specialist planning and creating calculations for building energy laws
- Experience using specialized calculation programs and 2D/3D thermal bridge software
- Professional background in providing construction supervision and quality assurance
- Proven track record in handling customer inquiries and project management for energy-related projects
