As an IT Product Owner specializing in CRM at Greenpeace, you will be the strategic and operational lead for customer relationship management applications. Required Skills
Education
Degree in an IT-related field or a comparable vocational professional training qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a CRM environment
- Proven experience in structuring and implementing IT projects with a solution-oriented approach
- Experience working in interdisciplinary and international teams is preferred
- Practical experience in managing external service providers and vendors
