Job Summary

This role drives the AI transformation at BMW Group by taking strategic ownership of an AI Moderation Layer as a hardened platform service. The successful candidate will define architecture standards, security policies, and SLAs to ensure global scalability for AI models. Day-to-day responsibilities involve designing multi-layered defense strategies against jailbreaks and prompt injections, establishing security lifecycles for Large Language Models (LLMs), and collaborating with legal and compliance teams. You will act as a mentor to an agile team of engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices in platform engineering and incident response.
