Job Summary

As an IT Specialist focused on Application Support, you will join the public sector IT service provider for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Schwerin. Your primary responsibility involves the professional operation and maintenance of AI-based specialist applications and web portals within the E-Government and E-Business sectors. Day-to-day, you will ensure high availability and stability of these systems, coordinate software releases, and manage 2nd-level support requests. You will act as a technical bridge between internal development teams, government agencies, and external service providers. Required Skills
