Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role involves supporting Research & Development projects through the execution of diverse laboratory procedures and tests. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for handling and analyzing various samples—including blood, serum, and saliva—while planning and conducting experiments to validate scientific hypotheses. A key focus of the position is the optimization of manual ELISA tests and the maintenance of rigorous documentation standards. Beyond R&D, you will collaborate across departments to support quality control and production through sample validation and troubleshooting. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working both independently and within a collaborative team of six. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) or Biological Technical Assistant (BTA); valid professional license as a Laboratory Technician where applicable.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a laboratory environment
  • Professional experience in Research and Development (R&D) preferred
  • Experience handling laboratory equipment and potentially hazardous or infectious substances
  • Experience in documenting data and results both digitally and in paper-based formats
