As the Head of Accounting, you will lead a department of 21 employees across four specialized teams for a central non-profit service provider supporting church districts and daycare centers. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing and optimizing financial and accounting processes, managing liquidity and reserve funds (including securities trading), and ensuring strict compliance with tax regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for auditors and banks while providing expert advice on digital payment transitions and managing committee relations. Required Skills
