Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy and Charging Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in the transition to sustainable energy. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, permitting, and construction of power generation plants, as well as the expansion of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. You will oversee construction sites, manage tenders, and perform critical grid calculations and analyses. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external planners, and regulatory authorities. What makes this position unique is the opportunity to work within a crisis-proof public service environment (TV-V) with a 39-hour work week compressed into 4.5 days. This role offers a high degree of stability while allowing you to lead technically complex projects that directly impact the energy transition, supported by modern tools like retoflow for grid analysis.

Required Skills

Education

Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or State-Certified Electrical Engineering Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker Elektrotechnik)

Experience

  • Professional experience in power supply and generation plants preferred
  • Extensive knowledge in the operation and expansion of power supply networks (20 kV / 1 kV)
  • Proven experience in the planning, implementation, and management of renewable energy projects
  • Practical competence in construction management, supervision, and coordination of external service providers
  • Experience in performing grid calculations
