Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of the company for clients within a 150 km radius, specializing in the maintenance and repair of high-end coffee technology. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, and programming of new espresso and coffee machines, grinders, and filtration systems directly at customer sites. Beyond technical repairs, you will provide expert consultation and support to clients, ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with an electrical background who enjoys troubleshooting and independent work. The position offers a permanent contract, a fully equipped service vehicle, and a strong focus on work-life balance with daily returns home, despite participation in a rotating on-call service for weekends and holidays. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an electrical engineering field (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, or similar).
Experience
- Successfully completed vocational training in an electrical engineering profession
- Professional experience in a service environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in independent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting
- Experience in handling technical equipment and willingness to acquire specialized expertise

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be willing to participate in a rotating on-call emergency service schedule on weekends and public holidays. Role involves travel within a 150 km radius of the base location.
