Job Summary

This role involves planning and managing the infrastructure and site development for sustainable mass timber nursing care facilities. Based in Erfurt, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of earthworks, civil engineering, and sewage systems, as well as the development of outdoor areas. Your day-to-day will involve creating 2D and 3D plans, coordinating tenders, and collaborating closely with utility companies and development agencies. You will use RIB iTWO (4.0) for bills of quantities and work within a BIM-oriented environment.
